One should read and research as much as possible, exercise regularly, use your medication
and insulin, care your body, practice good meal planning, and
guard your weight. some common symptoms of hypoglycemia are mild trembling, confusion, fatigue, rapid heart rate and,
excessive sweating. High Glycemic Index foods like White bread, cakes,
Samosa, etc should be avoided and more of salads, green vegetables, sprouted pulses and grains should be
consumed.

LMAO, ear infections aren’t contagious.

Furthermore, ear infections don’t just all of the sudden become bad enough to go to the ER. Duh.

Ear infections are not contagious, however, they generally stem from another virus or infection that can be contagious.

Furthermore, an ear infection CAN become so intense that a trip to the ER needs to happen. In fact, every ear infection I had as a child was discovered during the trip to the ER that was taken after I woke up screaming in pain in the middle of the night.
