So horrific. Paul Walker’s just-released death certificate confirms that the late actor died of ‘combined effects of traumatic and thermal injuries’ following his tragic Nov. 30 car crash.
Less than two weeks after Paul Walker‘s autopsy results were released, his death certificate has been obtained by TMZ. The official cause of death confirms the worst — that Paul wasn’t killed from the impact of the crash alone — he was burned alive in the fiery accident.
Paul Walker Death Certificate Released — He Burned To Death
Poor Paul. We still can’t believe he died such a horrifying death. The only positive news to be gleaned from his death certificate is the fact that he didn’t suffer for long. The certificate reveals that Paul died quickly, saying that the time interval between the onset and his death was “rapid.”
The certificate confirms Paul’s autopsy results, which were released by the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner on Dec. 4.
Paul’s friend Roger Rodas, who was driving the 2005 Porsche Carrera GT, also died quickly from “multiple traumatic injuries,” but did not burn to death, according to the coroner.
Paul Walker’s Daughter Showed ‘Amazing’ Strength At His Funeral
Paul’s death was undeniably tragic, but at his funeral on Dec. 14, his friends and family turned what could have been a strictly sad day into a joyous occasion by setting aside their grief and celebrating the late actor’s life.
Perhaps the strongest and bravest of Paul’s loved ones that day was his 15-year-old daughter, Meadow Walker.
“Everyone made sure to give time and speak to Meadow but she took things as best as you could imagine,” a source who attended the funeral told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “She has amazing spirit and strength, and she really showed us all something amazing that day. The way she is dealing with things, especially that day, was beautiful.”
Paul would be so proud!
Our thoughts and prayers continue to go out to Paul’s loved ones during this difficult time.
