It wouldn’t be the holidays without Miley twerking on a Christmas tree, right? The singer performed a racy set at Jingle Ball in New York City on Dec. 13, so before the concert even premieres on The CW on Dec. 18, you can watch it here!
Miley Cyrus‘ Jingle Ball 2013 performances have been crazy, to say the least, and you know she brought it even harder for New York City’s concert on Dec. 13. You’ve never seen Christmas done quite like this.
Miley Cyrus Rocks Out At Jingle Ball
Miley started her set (highlights of it will be broadcast on The CW at 8 p.m. ET on Dec. 18) with an innocent diversion — Charlie Brown explaining the meaning of Christmas. But as scantily clad backup dancers took the stage, it was clear that we were quickly leaving the family-friendly zone. Taking the stage in a skimpy, crotch-baring red velvet two-piece outfit, Miley kicked off her performance by slapping each backup dancer’s butt on the downbeat.
Then the guitar of “Party in the U.S.A.” came in, and Miley was off and running. After that grand start, Miley cruised through her set of hits, performing songs like “We Can’t Stop” (which included a lot of twerking on Christmas trees and Santa Clauses), a cover of Lana Del Rey‘s “Summertime Sadness,” and “Wrecking Ball.”
Miley’s performance closed out Jingle Ball perfectly, with just the right amount of raunchiness and an amped-up amount of excitement. She was the biggest star of 2013, and it looks like she’s going to close out the year on top as well.
Check out Miley’s Jingle Ball performance above — if you wanna see it in HD, make sure to tune into The CW at 8 p.m. ET on Dec. 18 — and tell us what you think!
