Anna Kendrick absolutely wow’d at TNT’s Christmas in Washington 2013 on Dec. 15. In a gold velvet gown, the actress looked better than ever — and put on a jaw-dropping performance. What did you think of her glamorous look?
At the National Building Museum, Anna Kendrick wore a floor-length J. Mendel gown and it was absolutely perfect for the holiday season! Filming the TNT Christmas special that will air on Dec. 20, Anna was joined by an incredibly talented group — the event was hosted by Hugh Jackman, and the Backstreet Boys, Janelle Monae and Sheryl Crow performed. Even the Obamas made an appearance!
Anna Kendrick’s TNT Christmas Gown
Anna continually looks amazing on red carpets, so it was no surprise that she wore an absolutely jaw-dropping dress for the holiday special. She wore a perfect-for-the-occasion champagne panne-velvet strapless gown, that was fitted on top and had a draped bodice. It’s no secret that velvet’s not especially easy to wear, and she completely nailed it.
With minimal makeup, she paired it with Brian Atwood heels, a slim cuff by Graziela and crystal bangles by EF Collection. Her stunning diamond-shaped earrings are by Yellow Smith and went perfectly with a clutch by Swarovski.
The Pitch Perfect star, 27, kept her makeup to a minimal, which was perfect for the dress. She kept it sleek with a nude lip, and her skin was absolutely glowing. Her hair was swept back into a classic, loose bun which really let all the focus be on the amazing silhouette of that dress! It was more revealing than we’re used to — but we’re not complaining.
