Elimination night is always stressful on The Voice, so we were happy to have Cassadee Pope back to lighten the mood! Cassadee, who dominated the third season, returned to the stage that made her famous to perform her latest single, “I Wish I Could Break Your Heart.”
As expected, Cassadee absolutely brought the house down with her incredible vocals. It was so good seeing her on our screens again, belting like a pro.
She also looked amazing in a little sequin dress, as she received a plaque honoring her incredible sales.
Cassadee was so excited about returning to The Voice that she tweeted about her rehearsal Dec. 9:
Rehearsed today for my @NBCTheVoice performance tomorrow. It’s gunna be insane!!!!

And she certainly didn’t disappoint!
Cassadee Pope: Life After ‘The Voice’
Though we loved to see Cassadee return to The Voice tonight, it’s not the first time we’ve seen her since she won season three. In fact, HollywoodLife.com has been keeping a close eye on the musical femme fatale, and here’s what she’s up to now:
Cassadee released her first full-length post-Voice album — she’d previously recorded as the lead singer of the group Hey Monday – on Oct. 8, titled Frame By Frame. It was met by much praise from fans and critics, alike.
In addition to spending time in the studio, Cassadee is also chronicling her musical journey on a new docu-series. Cassadee Pope: Frame By Frame officially premiered Dec. 4 on CMT. How cool is that?
