Frankie’s First Mini-Stroke Felt Like ‘Getting Stabbed In The Head’

“I felt like I was getting stabbed in the head – the worst headache you could ever think of. I couldn’t see anything,” he said in an interview with People after his first mini-stroke. He added that his hands went numb and he was speaking gibberish.

He also spoke with Good Morning America in 2012, admitting he couldn’t even speak.

“I couldn’t say words. thought I was saying them,” he said. “My fiancée was looking at me as if I was speaking a foreign language. I’m still trying to make sense of it, but happy I’m alive.”

After his first stroke he wrote on Twitter that he was “getting old” and needed to start taking more serious care of his body.

We’re so happy that Frankie’s ok!
