Sharon Murphy finally breaks her silence! In an open letter, she discusses the devastating news of her daughter’s alleged murder reports by Brittany’s estranged father, who ‘claims’ their daughter was poisoned. ‘His claims are based on the most flimsy of evidence,’ writes Sharon for The Hollywood Reporter.
Sharon Murphy shoots down poison claims of her daughter, Brittany Murphy‘s passing which was four years ago. Though she’s still mourning her daughter, Sharon deemed it necessary to set the record straight once and for all.
Sharon Murphy: My Daughter Wasn’t Murdered
In the open letter written to The Hollywood Reporter, Sharon expresses her thoughts on recent rumors of Brittany’s alleged poison claims from her estranged father who insists that she was murdered. She states that Angelo Bertolotti, Britney’s father, was never there for her to begin with and “his claims are more of an insult than an insight into what really happened.”
“I have no choice now but to come forward in the face of inexcusable efforts to smear my daughter’s memory by a man who may be her biological father but was never a real father to her in her lifetime,” she writes. “Angelo Bertolotti has relocated to California in his old age to claim he is here for Brittany, as he never was in life. He has made outrageous statements over the past few years, culminating in this latest madness: that my darling daughter was murdered.”
Britney Murphy: Evidence She May Have Been Poisoned
Angelo claims Brittany may have been poisoned by the government, and is seeking proper aid in re-opening the case of his daughter’s sudden 2009 death. He’s uncertain of the lab results that claimed Brittany passed from Pneumonia and Anemia. Rather, he took the initiative to order private hair, blood, and tissue sample tests from The Carlson Company.
Only time will tell if the death of Brittany’s precious life was taken prematurely.
