Chris allegedly was throwing and breaking things while in the Malibu rehab facility, according to TMZ.

At his case in Los Angeles, where he will get an updated probation sentence for the 2009 Rihanna assault,  the District Attorney reportedly plans to bring up the rehab outrage as well as other incidents, to try to send the singer to jail.

Los Angeles County’s Probation Department, however will be asking the judge to send Chris to a live-in program for anger management, based on the criminal assault in Washington, D.C. as well as the one in rehab.

However, sources told TMZ that the D.A. is hoping that his probation is revoked and he will go to jail. The hearing will take place at 2 P.M. PST.

Chris Brown: Did He Get The Help He Needed?

While in rehab, a friend of his told HollywoodLife.com that he was working on himself and getting better in the facility.

“Considering everything that’s taken place, Chris is doing well. He’s working on himself,” a source said. “Clearly he’s staying out of trouble because he’s not in the streets and partying. So yes, yes he’s doing quite well.”

When he left rehab, his rep let us know that he was “continuing his rehab program as an outpatient and is also completing his community service in the Los Angeles area.”

Additionally, our sources told us that Chris was focusing on himself. “He is still getting the help he needs in a different setting and is working on getting much better,” a friend of the rapper added.

After this hearing, Chris will attend a Nov. 25th hearing in Washington, D.C. for the assault case against Isaac Adams Parker on Nov. 27 for allegedly punching him.
