Harley Pasternak Speaks On Health & How To Workout During Pregnancy

There is always an interesting way to tackle your health and dieting. When you are pregnant or not. Whether it is the food you eat or the workout you do, or how and when you use the Cybex Arc Trainer. When can you have a cheat day when you are trying to get healthier and working out?
HP – I usually prescribe to have a couple free meals a week instead of a cheat day. It makes it easier to be resourceful.
What do you believe Kim Kardashian has done to lose all the weight from her baby and what would be the proper way to workout through pregnancy and after pregnancy?
HP – I have worked with Hilary Duff and Jessica Simpson and Megan Fox and Milla Jovovich while they have been pregnant. You have to keep moving, just because you are pregnant doesn’t mean life stops. Its actually a difficult pregnancy if you don’t move. Keep your body moving, stay in a well ventilated place, no Bikrim Yoga while pregnant, no heart rate above 200 beats per minute and starting midway through the second trimester you want to avoid exercises being completely on your back. Other then that push yourself, your body needs it, its good for the baby. It is good for delivery and recovery. That is the key to make it work for Moms before and after pregnancy.

I was just looking for this info for a while. After six hours of continuous Googleing, at last I got it in your website. I wonder what’s the lack of Google strategy that don’t rank this type of informative websites in top of the list. Normally the top web sites are full of garbage.
