Chris Brown is no longer in a rehab facility. Late on Nov. 13, Chris left rehab and went straight home, enrolling in an outpatient program, a friend close to the singer told HollywoodLife.com exclusively.
Chris Brown ‘Laying Low’ At Home After Rehab
“He’s laying low, but he’s still doing his therapy while he’s out,” friends of his and Karrueche Tran told us exclusively. However, the photo that surfaced on Nov. 14 was actually not new, as our sources told us it was taken a different day.
Chris’ friends also shared that he wants everyone to know he’s fine — and he knows he’s not completely better. “He is still getting the help he needs in a different setting and is working on getting much better,” the source told us.
Additionally, Chris’ rep gave Hollywoodlife.com the following statement: “Chris is continuing his rehab program as an outpatient and is also completing his community service in the Los Angeles area. He appreciates all of your encouragement and support.”
Chris Will Be Back In Court In 6 Days
It is great that Chris is taking time to complete his community service hours. After his hit-and-run in August, he was sentenced to 1,000 more hours. Then when he allegedly punched Isaac Adams Parker in Washington, D.C., he was charged with a felony, which was later lowered to a misdemeanor assault.
He is due back in court in Los Angeles Nov. 20 for a probation hearing, and then in court in D.C. on Nov. 25 for the assault-related hearing.
We’re wishing Chris all the best!
