Justin met Jake through the Children’s Wish Foundation. The organization allowed Jake to meet his hero — Justin! — at the Toronto Maple Leaf hockey skating rink. Jake and Justin played a hockey game together out on the Canadian team’s ice, plus Justin gave his young fan a team jersey customized with his last name on it. It was such a wonderful experience for both guys — and it’s so sweet that Justin remembered their meeting years later.
