They asked Jennifer her opinion and she gave it honestly. Anybody else would have said how much they love shows like Fashion Police so that Joan wouldn’t talk bad about them. I give it to Jennifer for giving her honest opinion.

They’re both wrong and right? haha! really, lets face it. if you dont like fashion police’s comments then dont watch it easy as that, they’re not begging all of the people to watch them just the interested ones, plus they’re trying to help people who choose bad fashion choices, . While Jlaw, I saw a page where they posted her cover photo being edited. how’s that? I mean not call people fat, but make yourself something that you’re not. still love them both tho.

I know Joan has been around a while, (Silent Pictures?) but I would be very glad for one if I never had to hear her annoying voice or seen her scary face on TV. When she is on the Television, the kids and pets run from the room. I mean, shouldn’t horror pictures be shown late at night?

I absolutely agree with you. I find joan rivers to an obnoxious, irritating namely her voice, she has had too much plastic surgery, she looks like Jocelyn Wildenstein, dubbed the “Catwoman” because she looks like a cat. And my final criticism about her is that she is an old FUR HAG! My now deceased mother couldn’t stand her back in the day, but couldn’t verbalize it. She is just so provocative she crosses the line between being funny, and just being an obnoxious old bag.

Joan rivers is nothing but an 80 year old, fake, bitter woman. She has no reason to slam Jennifer because Jennifer is being truthful. Fashion Police is disgusting- they sit around and make fun of people. Jennifer is such a sweet person (from what I see). I am very picky on what celebrities I like. I’m also super stubborn on liking people and I LOVE Jennifer. She is a sweetheart. Joan is so rude on Fashion Police. She’s even rude to the guests. And she has the nerve to say what Jennifer is doing is “an act”. You b*tch what the he!! are you talking about?! Your a damn act!

It doesn’t matter that they were complimenting Jen all the time! Just because you’re good to one person and you make fun of 20 others doesn’t mean that they’re “on your side”.

She didn’t say it to promote the new movie! She said it because it’s the truth and it’s about time someone said it!

Really? She fell because her dress! It was a beautiful dress, but for a person that doesn’t like heels and someone who isn’t used to wearing big extravagant stuff like that, being on their feet for a few hours, then walking up stairs… and NOT stumbling a little… Yeah right, Screw you Joan Rivers, you’re nothing but a rich, judgemental, old hag.
Jennifer is right about everything she said and it’s not just her that’s thinking the way she does.

She’s not on Joan’s side. Her comment is clearly on Jennifer’s. AS IT SHOULD BE. (Unless there’s some reply to Ashley’s comment that I’m not seeing. )

Definitely Jen’s side. I mean, she’s totally correct – our generation is being taught to judge on what we wear and how we look. in 10 years, we’re going to be a shallow, shallow world… that’s sad

IT’S JOAN RIVERS FOR THE WIN!! That’s how it’s done first school style! Jennifer has got nothing but love from Joan, but then has the nerve to turn around and insult the show? We love the insults , congrats on the failures and goodbye to style. That is why we watch, I love the show and Joan rivers and will continue to watch her show

I think Jennifer gave her honest opinion, and that it is a shame that joan is not mature enough to take a little criticism.

she was criticising the show because it sent a harmful message, being that if you are female then your appearance is the most important thing about you. honestly i think we need more people calling hollywood out on this crap, and joan rivers really needs to grow up.

The show is a horrible symptom of how empty our society has become. Everything turns to dust in the end. What really matters lives forever in others. What really matters. What’s more, she points her finger and has the audacity to critique anyone on how they look. I’d laugh in her horribly manufactured face. Consider the source. It’s like someone who puts sheds together for a living critiquing someone who builds palaces. It’s a horrible joke and it’s all on her. If she has reached this advanced age and doesn’t know that then she is truly lost. As are you.

Joan Rivers is an azzhole. She insults people everyday and she thinks that’s alright, but let Jennifer express her opinion and suddenly Joan says she is arrogant. Joan is the arrogant one. Debra B said it all right. Joan is an obnoxious old hag who is a has been and should retire from Hollywood. You think Joan could be jealous of Jennifer? I do.

Joan Rivers as a standup comedian back in the day, was not that funny, AT BEST. Anymore she is just an obnoxious old hag that talks too loud, and looks like she has had more plastic surgery than Jocelyn Wildenstein, aka the Cat Woman. Ms. Rivers seriously needs to take a good long hard looks at herself in the mirror. I MEAN A REAL MIRROR, not the distorted kind you’d find at a carnival.

Of course Joan is going to go out & attack Jen over an honest answer and critique of the industry.
Joan is clouded by her own issues of herself. This is a woman who has conformed dramatically to what Hollywood wants of people. She has tried so hard to distance herself from her own generation, in attempts to be the norm of Hollywoods demands. Instead of Joan embracing herself, she has embraced an industry that emits a disease of what is their ideal view of perfection. Why? She wants to stay on TV and by changing her face for example, she can continue to do so. Sad.

The show is not helpful to all the young ladies who look at this weekly and hear them calling these actors names because of the way they are dressed. It is shameful and why would Joan want this type of show when she herself has a complex with her looks. Love Joan but this is not a healthy show.
