Elizabeth Banks, 39, sported one of this season’s trendiest hues, mint green, when she arrived at The Hunger Games: Catching Fire afterparty at London’s Royal Courts of Justice on Nov. 11. The blonde-haired beauty swapped her dramatic Jason Wu gown for a draped dress that was just as elegant for the occasion.
Elizabeth Banks ‘Catching Fire’ Dress:
The gorgeous actress stunned in a mint green ensemble that added an eye-catching pop of color to the red carpet, however, nothing could be brighter than the gown she debuted at the world premiere! The backless ensemble exposed the star’s beautifully toned arms while a piece fabric draped over her shoulder. When she turned around she revealed the corset-style of the ensemble. The knee-length silhouette revealed a hint of her toned legs and kept the style a bit conservative. The classy look was accessorized with nude, pointed-toe heels that kept the color palette soft and bright while she rocked simplistic jewels that kept all eyes on the dress and a matching clutch. The stunning style was completed with a side-swept ponytail and nude makeup.
We absolutely adore Elizabeth in this ravishing red carpet look. The longer hemline of the dress was balanced perfectly with the sleeveless silhouette, creating a look that was both sexy, chic, and age appropriate. The mint green and nude color palette accentuated the star’s fair skin tone and gorgeous green eyes. The side-swept hair and simplistic jewels was the ideal choice to keep the look timeless and classy. This fabulous frock was accessorized properly and executed perfectly.
