Kim Kardashian Gets Her Curves Back
Kim made sure everyone knew that she was back and better than ever as a mom on Oct. 17, posting an unreal, sexy selfie in a curves-flaunting swimsuit. “This is my big middle finger to the world,” Kim told Jay Leno on Oct. 31. Mission accomplished!
Kim got her sexy body back after giving birth to North West by using the Atkins Diet, a diet the includes “veggies, lean protein, and healthy carbs.” She called the diet the “greatest challenge” of her life, but by staying focused and determined, she managed to lose close to 70 pounds. Whoa!
Kate Middleton Hits The Gym
The only other woman who has made as shocking and as fast a change as Kim is the other K — Kate Middleton! The Duchess gave birth on July 23, and when she made an appearance at a charity athletic event on Oct. 17, she was showing off one of the tightest stomachs we’ve ever seen on a mom!
Kate has looked absolutely fit since giving birth, reportedly by running and hitting the gym frequently. Surprisingly, she did not opt for a diet, instead choosing to just limit herself to healthy snacks.
