Sharon dropped a major f-bomb on ‘The Arsenio Hall Show’ on Nov. 6 — at the expense of ‘The View.’ But a day after she blurted out the harsh diss, the Osbourne mom was looking to make nice with her daytime talk show rivals.
Sharon Osbourne, 61, apologized to The View after making some outrageous comments about the ladies at the round table. The outspoken talk show host publicly addressed the diss and was trying to make things right again on her own talk show, The Talk, on Nov. 7. Watch her explain the harsh words below!
Sharon Osbourne On Her ‘View’ Diss: ‘I’m Really Just A Loose Cannon’
She told the audience of The Talk, “Anyway, I want to apologize to Jenny McCarthy, Sherri Shepard, and Whoopi Goldberg, who are all accomplished, self-made women who have amazing careers. They have achieved so much. I mean, Whoopi is an Oscar winner. Who am I to say anything about Whoopi any of the ladies?”
Sharon Osbourne Disses The Ladies Of ‘The View’
The whole tiff started when Arsenio Hall, 57, asked the Talk ladies what the difference was between their talk show and Barbara Walter‘s round table. Talk co-host Julie Chen, 43, cited the ABC show’s political talk — until Sharon interrupted bluntly, saying, “I love Barbara Walters. The rest can go f**k themselves.”
Barbara Walters and Co. have yet to comment, but maybe it’s better that Ozzy Osbourne‘s other half has already gotten ahead of the feud and publicly apologized for her comments. She’s squashing the beef before it even fully materializes.
She even managed to take a dig at herself on The Talk! She called herself a “loose cannon” before reiterating that her original comments were just a “joke.” But were they, or is she just trying to cover her tracks?
What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Do you believe Sharon’s apology? Sound off!
