It looks like Castle & Beckett’s road to the altar is bumpy — and paved with pachyderms!
A relationship therapist in possession of a highly valuable item is murdered on the Nov. 11 episode of Castle — but as you’ll see in this first-look clip, obtained exclusively by HollywoodLife.com, Castle (Nathan Fillion) is a little preoccupied by another important object: Beckett’s (Stana Katic) collection of porcelain elephants!
After six seasons of putting up with her parade of pachyderms, Castle finally tells Beckett that they’ve “creeped” him out “since day one.” Of course, the elephants are merely symbolic of a much larger issue with their relationship, so Beckett submits: “If you don’t like the elephants, I don’t like the elephants.”
Compromise, people! It’s all about compromise.
I won’t spoil the end of this encounter for you — I know you’re dying to know the fate the ‘phants — so watch the clip below and find out what happens. (Also, sorry for the technical difficulties. The clip was down for a bit, but it’s up and running now!)
Castle airs Mondays at 10 p.m. on ABC.
