“Every place I have tagged has been approved,” he wrote on his Instagram on Nov. 6. “I do not suggest tagging private property.. I still suck but i have fun doing it ;).”
But it doesn’t look like police are buying it. Although it’s considered a “minor offense” he may get fined or face up to one year in jail, according to the BBC.
Justin claims he had permission but the authorities claim they told him he could spray paint on a sports facility not the old hotel.
It sounds like Justin might not go back to Brazil for a long time!
Justin’s Wild Hook Ups In Brazil
In the midst of his graffiti scandal, Justin has gotten himself into quite a mess. He allegedly hit up a brothel, partied with 30 girls and now a woman has posted a pic of Justin sleeping.
She claims that she slept over and hooked up with Justin and even posted a video of herself with him in the background!
