Chris Brown: ‘X’ Release Date Delayed — Album Pushed Back Due To Rehab?

Chris, 24, checked himself into an undisclosed rehabilitation facility on Oct. 29 to get anger management help. Due to his enrollment in the treatment program, the singer will probably have to push back the release date of his X album, which was scheduled to drop on Dec. 3 after several delays.

“More than likely that’s going to be pushed,” a source connected to Breezy explained to HollywoodLife.com. “If it’s pushed
back again, then so be it. His fans are the only ones he’s got to answer to and he knows they understand.”

The insider revealed that Chris is upset about the possibility of delaying his album as the singer really wanted to release it in 2013.

“Most of the album is done but you know it’s way more than that,” the source added. “He has to be out there, promoting it, putting
the finishing touches on it and laying down vocals if need be, but for now, he’s tied down getting his treatment.”
