When Chris was arrested on Oct. 27, he was reportedly facing up to four years behind bars, but HollywoodLife.com has learned exclusively that it actually could be more than that.
Chris Brown: How Much Jail Time Could He Face?
Chris, 24, allegedly hit Isaac, 20, outside his hotel in Washington, D.C. but if he’s found guilty, he could be spending time in jail in both D.C. and California. He’s currently still under probation for the 2009 incident with Rihanna — that could result in much more than the originally reported four years.
“If Brown is found guilty on the new charges in D.C., he faces up to four years in prison,” Criminal Lawyer, Darren Kavinoky told HollywoodLife.com exclusively. “The DC incident could also cause his probation in California to be revoked, and he could be given additional jail time there. It is a condition of probation in Ca. that Brown “obey all laws” and the DC incident may violate that.”
Additionally, his California probation could still be revoked even if he is convicted in D.C., Darren told us.
“In Ca., Brown faces the possibility of jail or prison,” he continued. “The amount of time is the maximum sentence for the original charges, minus whatever time he’s already served.”

Chris Brown: Why He Could Be Found Innocent
Isaac, 20, filed a police report where he explained that Chris had been taking a photo with a female fan on the sidewalk, when he tried to jump in. He stated that Chris told him, “I’m not down with that gay s–t, I feel like boxing.”
After, Chris allegedly punched Isaac in the face, breaking his nose. The singer’s bodyguard, Christopher Hollosy, also stepped in and punched Isaac before trying to get Chris onto the bus.
However, that’s only one side of the story. A source close to the singer told HollywoodLife.com that Chris “didn’t hit anybody and damn sure didn’t use a gay slur.”
They added that men ran at Chris and his bodyguard trying to get onto his tour bus, and resulted in yelling and “a little shoving,” but no punches were thrown.
So HollywoodLifers, do you think Chris Brown is guilty?
