Kim revealed to PEOPLE magazine in late October how she lost 43 pounds after having baby North West in June.
She’s been eating about 2,000 calories a day, and following the Atkins diet plan. She’s been eating cheese omelets, grilled salmon, turkey slices, chicken and lots of salad.
She is avoiding carbs and alcohol, which she admits is hard.
She also does Barry’s Bootcamp and Pilates to tone her body.
