Kim Kardashian’s Atkins Diet Plan: How She Lost Weight After Baby
Kim is crediting the Atkins diet, a low-carb lifestyle plan, as her saving grace:
“Fifteen years ago, I tried the Atkins diet with my dad and we both lost weight really quickly. And I’m still doing it. I still have my cheat days, but when you’re breastfeeding you can’t really starve yourself.”
Even thought Kim looks amazing, she admits she isn’t done yet!
“I still have some [baby weight] to go. Atkins worked for me and I don’t feel tempted to eat a bunch of junk food. It’s just about staying healthy — it will come off.”
Before her pregnancy, Kim was frequently spotted at the gym. Since giving birth, she is prioritizing family over the treadmill.
“I haven’t exercised a whole lot so far, just because I’ve been busy with the baby and I don’t want to leave her. But growing up our parents always exercised, so it’s always been important to us. We all love to work out.”
