Scott has reportedly joined the ranks of hunks being considered to replace Charlie Hunnam in the sexy role of Christian Grey. We couldn’t be more thrilled!
Ever since the world discovered how hot Clint Eastwood‘s son, Scott Eastwood is, we’ve been wondering when he would land his first lead role. Well, it looks like it could be sooner than we thought. The 27-year-old son-of-a-hunk is “one of five actors” who could be cast as our next — and hopefully last — Christian Grey, a new report says. Read on for more details!
Scott Eastwood In ’50 Shades Of Grey’? — Clint’s Son Being Considered For Role
We didn’t see this coming, but Scott has been approached to play Christian, according to a new report from Just Jared.
“He is one of five actors being considered,” a source close to the actor tells the site.
Sources tell us the part will likely go to a newcomer, so Scott fills the bill in that respect. And let’s not forget that he has smoldering blue eyes — Christian Grey’s most defining physical characteristic!
Scott has already responded to the rumors, tweeting:

It’s nice to see Scott consulting his fans on this major career move. Does this mean he wants the part? We hope so!
Christian Grey: Who Should Take On The Role?
If things don’t work out for Scott, we have a few back-up contenders who we think could be just as great!
Matt Bomer and Ian Somerhalder are both frontrunners for the sexy role, and Matt’s fans appear to be leading the race on Twitter. The Suits star has always been in talks for the part, and after Charlie was chosen, 40,000 fans signed a petition for the studios to cast Matt instead.
When Matt heard about the petition, he said, “I’m so grateful for the fans and touched. I’m looking forward to seeing the movie with Charlie and Dakota.”
Well, now that Charlie’s out of the picture, it looks like Matt’s fans have another chance at happiness. We hope they cast our new Christian soon — the suspense is killing us!
So, what do you think, HollywoodLifers? Would Scott make a good Christian Grey? Let us know!
