Lucy Hale, 24, has found a new confidence when it comes to her body and she revealed her workout tips to E! News at the ABC Family screening of Pretty Little Liars’ Halloween episode at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery on Oct. 15. The PPL starlet is in the best shape of her life — check out her secrets below.
Lucy Hale’s Fitness Tips — Dishes On Her Workouts
The brunette star is happier and healthier than ever! Lucy opened up about her eating disorder and past body issues but, thankfully, Lucy has conquered her struggles and shares some workout tips that will help you get a toned body.
Lucy commented on her past body issues and uses them as a learning experience that can help others who suffer the same issues. “If I can help one person, that’s awesome, you know? I’m just a normal girl, and everyone has issues. I’m just happy if it helps somebody.” It’s good to see that the PLL star is healthy and is showing her fans that even celebs have body issues and insecurities.
Lucy’s Stay Fit Secrets
Her big secret on staying fit? “I like to run and I work out with a great trainer sometimes. I recently got into hot yoga…which was, up until a few months ago, like, forbidden! I hate the heat, but having to stand still and relax has been really good for me,” she said. Hot yoga seems to be a big trend among Hollywood’s hottest — stars like Nina Dobrev and Vanessa Hudgens love it as well!
We’re happy that Lucy decided to speak on her past body issues and has found a new way to get toned without doing anything dangerous to stay skinny.
Even with her hot yoga workouts and jogs around L.A., Lucy still loves to enjoy a good meal. “I enjoy exercise, I’m lucky in that sense…but I love food just as much as I love working out! It’s kind of a good balance.”
