JLo wore a dress fit for a diva when she stepped out in this sexy sheer creation — didn’t she look amazing?
Jennifer Lopez, 44, attended the annual 2013 Human Rights Campaign National Dinner held at the Washington National Convention Center on Oct. 5, where multi-talented star was honored with the Ally for Equality Award for her work towards lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender equality. For this special occasion, JLo decided to don a gorgeous gown by Zuhair Murad, a designer she wears often on the red carpet. She opted for a burgundy velvet dress that featured beaded embellishments and a sexy mermaid silhouette from the Fall 2013 collection that really clung to her curves — and the sheer detailing added an extra touch to this sexy look!
Jennifer Lopez Human Rights Campaign Dinner Dress:
JLo is no stranger to wearing some revealing looks on the red carpet. Some have accused her of often being “too sexy” for a mom of twins, but for her receipt of the Ally for Equality Award the star decided to keep it mature and elegant, yet still sexy and sultry — it was so signature JLo! The gown covered her from neck to ankle, but long panels of beaded burnout detailing exposed her legs, arms, back, and a hint of cleavage. If JLo can do anything, it’s that she can show off those gorgeous, tan legs of hers! And the rich, burgundy velvet makes us practically taste fall. The star wore her hair back to keep the focus on the intricate detailing of the dress — a smart move! While on some the beading could seem overpowering, JLo has the confidence, (and the curves!), to totally rock this dress.
She definitely picked a great dress to wear for such a special night. JLo earned five stars for this evening’s look, and her efforts towards rights for equality.
Also to note, She was honored with the award in part to her work as Executive Producer on ABC Family’s “The Fosters”.
