Fans are keeping the magic of ‘Mean Girls’ alive on Twitter and Facebook, so watch a clip from the movie and find out how you can celebrate Oct. 3!

Did you wake up with your hair pushed back this morning, but didn’t know why? It might be because it’s Oct. 3, now an unofficial holiday thanks to Mean Girls. It all stems from the scene in which Aaron Samuels (Jonathan Bennett) asks Cady (Lindsay Lohan) what day it is. Her response? “October third,” naturally.

Mean Girls fans are flooding Twitter with the hashtags #MeanGirls and #October3 today, proving that when it comes to the world’s appreciation for the movie, Cady’s classic line says it all: “The limit does not exist.”

How Does One Celebrate Oct. 3?

I’m glad you asked! Basically, the only way to properly honor this special day is to watch L.L.’s comedy classic over and over until your brain melts. In the off chance that you have school or work today — lame! — you can enjoy this brief clip until you make it home and celebrate:
