Meredith suffered a violent death by multiple stab wounds. No one could have done this without leaving large amount of DNA in the murder room. Only Rudy Guede left such evidence and not a shred of evidence was found about Amanda’s presence in the murder room. Since DNA is generally invisible to naked eye no one could have cleaned the murder room of only their DNA. Why supreme court of Italy does not see such logic is beyond me. The knife that was picked from Solicito’s kitchen drawer may have been used by Amanda for cutting bread. The appeals court clearly proved that only starch was present on the knife and not Meredith’s DNA (despite Carabenieri’s possible attempt to plant it). Now suprreme court has accepted prosecution’s request to allow Carabenieri to look at even smaller amount of DNA, untested earlier, while denying a request by the defence to test semen found in the murder room. I know in Italy they call police as Carabenieri but I am not sure if they call supreme court as kangaroo court.

Never trusted Amanda. Don’t know for a fact, just a gut feeling but I believe it to be some kind of sex cult that went wild and wrong. Why do people forget the victim and try to exalt the suspect. Ugh.

then you’ve watched way too much TV. Come on which is more likely: a murder by an intruder, or a “sex cult” involving three people, two of whom barely (if at all) knew the other? These things just don’t happen in real life to any great extent. To make such an extraordinary claim requires extraordinary evidence. But there is no evidence whatsoever.

Go back to Italy for what. She should not even acknowledge the trial is going on. She is home and safe from that Witch trial.
