WWE: Got Milk? — New Partnership To Educate Public
WWE announced a partnership with the Milk Processor Education Program (MilkPEP), the group behind the iconic got milk? Milk Mustache campaign, to educate the public about the health benefits of milk. The new Protein Fight Club campaign spotlights on the 8 grams of high-quality protein in each 8 ounce glass of milk by depicting milk in a series of humorous breakfast battles. Two of WWE’s top executives and biggest stars, Stephanie McMahon and Paul “Triple H” Levesque, joined MilkPEP last month in New York City to officially launch the campaign and will help support it through social media posts and other media engagement.
“As a mother to three growing girls, it is very important to instill healthy habits early,” said Stephanie McMahon, Executive Vice President, Creative, WWE. “Milk is a staple in our everyday diet, and I am proud to partner with MilkPEP to be involved in this new campaign encouraging the next generation to look at milk and its high-quality protein as a breakfast powerhouse.”
“WWE promotes living a strong and healthy life, both in and out of the ring”, said Paul “Triple H” Levesque, Executive Vice President, Talent and Live Events, WWE. “Milk is a natural source of high-quality protein, as well as calcium and B vitamins. It has, and will continue to be, a staple in the diets of WWE Superstars and Divas.”
Both entertaining and unforgettable, the video vignettes produced by film director Eric Wareheim will feature milk going head-to-head with some of breakfast’s biggest contenders, including orange juice, an omelet, a breakfast burrito and a bagel with cream cheese. These videos will run on TV and online and will be featured on www.ProteinFightClub.com.
