I don’t care who presents the awards – calls out the nominees, etc. It is just a publicity stunt and look at my cool dress, etc. I don’t watch many of the shows nominated any more. After a year or two they get stale and same old, same old. At least Under the Dome was a new show that a lot of people watched – not because it was that good, but because it was a new story. Mike Douglas deserved his award – excellent T.V. None of my favorites were even nominated – younger is better and I am very old, ha!

Sorry but just cause you have an award for ensemble doesn’t mean that would include a younger cast of people. NO way in hell under the dome could/should get nominated for that. . So Breaking Bad and Mad men would just get nominate for best ensemble. And no one want to see Darren Criss hog the camera at the Emmys.

Well Lea and Ian S presented last year in 2012 . They often like to stick with emmy winners or nominees which yeah fits Lea but not a lot of other 20 somethings.

The Emmys does not need to go young. Isn’t that what Teen Choice Awards, Kids Choice Awards, and MTV VMA & Movie Awards are for?

I agree Emmys is about talent not about physical appearance of the actors attending or nominated. IThat is what Teen Choice, MTV, VMA awards are for. Dont try to make the Emmys like Teen Choice awards. Emmys are serious.
