We missed you, Lizzy! Hilary looks like her former alter-ego in a new photo she posted of her blonde hair makeover on Twitter! Check it out below!

Hilary Duff posted her new hair color on her Twitter on Sept. 17 with the caption: “Bye bye ombré hair! Just a strait Blondie @uppercasey love kickin it wif ya.” Are you loving her new look, HollywoodLifers?

Hilary Duff’s Blonde Hair — Goes Light For Fall

Hilary posted another picture mid-dye job with the caption: “This needed to happen @uppercasey dem roots were gettin cray.” Her colorist KC Carhart from the Chris McMillan Salon did a great job!

After her blonde days of her childhood, Hilary went dark brown while she was pregnant with her son Luca. We’ve loved seeing Hilary’s hair transformations throughout the years!

Most recently, she was rocking an ombre ‘do, with blonde tips and light brown roots. The style is easy for everyday women (and moms!) to rock because there is less maintenance than traditional highlights or low-lights. Roots can grow out and blend seamlessly into the trend hairdo.

Hilary choose to go light for the fall season.

Don’t be afraid to go lighter even as the weather is getting chilly — blonde hair is pretty all year round, especially against olive skin tones! Talk to your colorist to find the perfect shade for you and whether you need a “cool” or a “warm” undertone to your color.
