The songstress ditched her edgy new look for a sexy and sleek black dress that hugged her figure for the magazine’s October issue — and inside, she spills on why her fashion is on another level that other girls can’t even compare to.

Miley Cyrus seems to be everywhere these days, proving that she can’t stop — and she won’t stop! The 20-year-old songstress has found herself on the October 2013 issue of Harper’s Bazaar, where the blonde starlet opens up about her personal sense of style, her relationship, and her dramatic haircut.

Miley Cyrus’ ‘Harper’s Bazaar’ Cover:

On the cover of the mag, Miley looks gorgeous in a black Burberry Prorsum dress, proving that there’s nothing boring about a little black dress! The frock fits Miley’s figure like a glove and she looks so glamorous in the ensemble, a dramatic red lip and red manicure adding the perfect pop of color to her look. Miley was shot by photog Terry Richardson for the shoot — and although he also directed the star’s “Wrecking Ball,” video, her spread for the mag definitely has a more glam vibe that her latest video.

Miley Cyrus’ Style — She Talks About Her New Look:

The little black dress proved to be popular on set, as we are also given a sneak peek of the shoot where Miley swaps her Burberry Prorsum frock for a cutout mini by Saint Laurent by Hedi Slimane. While she looks so glam in the spread, Miley’s edgy new style isn’t always so polished — but she said her sense of style just proves that she’s a step ahead of everyone else. “I feel like every girl is trying to have a beauty shot and prove that they’re ‘fashion.’ But I can be in white leggings and a white sports bra and I’m on a whole other level of shit that those girls don’t even get yet because they don’t know how to do it,” she tells the mag.

Miley clearly isn’t going anywhere! What do you think? Do you like Miley’s glamorous cover?

hunny, it’s not hard to be fashionable, all you need is alot of money, a car and a credit card to get it done. Burberry? How hard was that? Put together vintage looks and take it to the next level like the Olsen twins and then we’ll talk.

Slut and whore are just words to shame a woman because of how she dresses, acts, or if she likes sex. That’s unacceptable. I don’t see anyone calling those rapper guys sluts, although some of them sing about sex all the time- and while they’re semi-naked.

‘Edgy’ is Hollywood for Slut…So, whenever you see the word ‘Edgy’ in these articles, substitute it in your mind for the word, Slut…
…Miley looks far better in her look above compared to the ‘edgy’ attire she’s been wearing lately…You’d almost say she looked like a lovely young lady….Nah, just kidding, it’s just a facade, a ploy to get back her once loyal fans…

Miley’s so full of herself really there are plenty of women out there that are original and are fashion without trying if Miley was so original she wouldn’t try so hard with the haircut and the lack of clothes and trying to do things that have already been done.

Show the whole article. In Harper’s, the prior paragraph before the “fashion” statement, Miley explains the need to use the correct accessories/jewelry to wear to make the outfit complete. The white leggings was the example. Again, another twisted quote to make Miley look bad.

Also, the jewelry led to Miley saying, if she had time, she would try to develop fancy jewelry line.

Including the complete content of the Harper’s article is not beneficial for Cyrus. Her words, in this article, have not been twisted, in the least. Her tone is condescending and wildly arrogant. She is not a nice person.

I AGREE WITH MILEY. OTHER GIRLS DON’T KNOW ABOUT FASHION. ESPECIALLY A CERTAIN SOMEONE WHO I DON’T LIKE AT ALL. SHE’S ANNOYING.
