So tragic! Five children, all under the age of six, and one adult died in a horrific fire in Ohio on Sept. 15. The fire spread out of control in minutes.
A terrible fire broke out in a mobile home on the morning of Sept. 15 in Tiffin, Ohio, and the entire home was destroyed in moments. Six people were removed from the mobile home by firefighters within twelve minutes of responding to the fire, but all were taken to the hospital and declared dead. The children’s mother, Anna Angel, lost her entire family in the fire.
Mobile Home Fire — 5 Young Children Die In Tragic Fire
The fire broke out in the early morning of Sept. 15. Anna, 30, was at work at the time of the fire that claimed six lives — 5 young children and an adult male.
“She had a whole family and now she has nothing,” Anna’s cousin told The Associated Press.
The victims were confirmed as Anna’s boyfriend, 4 daughters, and 1 son: Timothy Fresch, 25; Tiara Angel, 6; Stormie Huey, 5; Trinity Huey, 4; Sunshine Huey, 3; and Domonic Fresch, 2.
Neighbors Frantically Try To Help Save Children In Mobile Home Fire
Neighbors were absolutely distraught over this tragic fire.
Nancy Williams, who lives in and manages the Highland Park Estates mobile home park had her son call 911 when she saw the home blazing out of control, reports Yahoo News.
“I knew there were babies in there,” she said. “But once we got there, there was nothing we could do. It was fully engulfed in flames and we couldn’t get in.”
Neighbor Rick Hummell told the press he tried to help, but was not able to.
“I watched the babies get dragged out,” he said. “It just made me sick.”
He also commented on the Anna’s tragic loss, saying, “she was always good to her kids,” noting the mother’s dedication.
