Kim Kardashian is looking great after giving birth to her daughter North West just three months ago — but she’s not working out like a fiend! Celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that Kim is focusing her attention on her baby and getting healthy along the way!
Kim Kardashian Weight Loss — ‘Not Concerned’ With Working Out
Kim’s post-baby slim down is happening gradually, but it’s not her number one concern. Fitness expert Tracy Anderson has worked with Kim, and she told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY:
Kim is actually just taking as much time as she wants to just be with the baby, I met the baby and the baby is SO BEAUTIFUL. Oh my god, it’s just the most exquisite little baby I’ve ever seen — well next to my Penelope of course! My Penelope is like Snow White; white hair … and little North just has this beautiful skin — they’re just the cutest!! … [Kim is] just taking time with baby, she’s not even concerned about working out.
Tracy also revealed that “Kim’s amazing with the baby, so connected.” “I knew she was going to be a great mom when I treated her during the pregnancy. She was like concerned with all the right things, I knew she was going to do great,” she said.
Tracy Anderson’s Post-Baby Fitness Advice
Tracy knows firsthand about losing the baby weight — she recently had a baby herself! Tracy welcomed her daughter Penelope in 2012, and she told us:
I filmed 9 months of pregnancy DVDs for moms and I did that specifically because nothing like that was available to them — and it’s so important. Then I did a new post-pregnancy as well, in real time because there’s a hormone called Relaxin that is in your body to let your body expand during pregnancy. That hormone stays in your body 6 months after and you can actually get your body back in better proportion ever after pregnancy if you have the right tools. So tell new moms that’s there’s hope!
Pregnancy’s also the time to live a little: “Pregnancy’s NOT the time to diet, not the time to not listen to your body, you’re creating a whole other life. I was at Arby’s during my pregnancy,” Tracy said.
