Cody Lee Johnson Pushed Off Cliff One Week After Wedding By Wife Jordan Linn Graham
After reporting his missing body on July 8, Jordan was charged on Sept. 9 with second-degree murder, according to the Daily Mail. Jordan, 22, is currently in custody.
The two were allegedly hiking in Glacier National Park where the incident happened. According to the report, Jordan was already having second thoughts about the marriage. During their hike in the Loop Trail area of the park, Cody allegedly grabbed his wife’s arm where she proceeded to remove his hand from her arm and “push” him out of “anger.”
“As a result, he fell face first off the cliff,” the affidavit states, according to the Daily Mail.
But according to the report, Jordan first told investigators that he left on the morning of July 7 with unknown friends in a car.
More evidence according to the report suggests they were already having marriage problems. Jordan was reportedly texting with an unidentified friend the day of the incident where she said, “Oh well, I’m going to talk to him” in response to her reservations about the marriage.
The friend responded, “I’ll pray for you guys,” and Jordan reportedly then said: “But dead serious if u don’t hear from me at all again tonight, something happened.”
What exactly happened remains unknown, but from the looks of Jordan’s social media accounts, she’s missing her husband. She posted a pic of him on Instagram and said:
Miss you so much Cody! Not a day will go by where I don’t think about you!! You will live on in my heart forever!! I know you’re in a better place now looking down on me!! You’re my angel!! Love you with all my heart and soul!! See you again one day!!!’
This is obviously a very tragic story and we’re so sorry for Cody’s family.
