Havana nights! Tracy Reese’s Spring / Summer 2014 show on September 8 showcased florals and lots of color with just a slight rocker edge. Here’s why the collection would look amazing on Michelle Obama and Rita Ora!
As soon as the music started, guests were transported to Cuba. Even the models appeared to salsa down the runway as they wore colorful florals, bright prints and straw fedoras. Read more about Tracy Reese‘s amazing Spring 2014 collection below.
Tracy Reese Spring 2014 — A Fun & Diverse Collection
On the runway, full skirts and chic shilouettes ruled. Details like backpacks, scarves and edgy shoulder tattoos made the collection unique.
It had a nod to the past but was modern and sleek. Straw fedoras were juxtaposed with sheer black lace sleeves, cutouts and illusion necklines.
Michelle Obama would look stunning in Tracy’s newest collection. The vintage feel and feminine cuts are perfect compliments to her style.
I especially loved the sleeveless, colorful, floral print dresses for the First Lady. She is already a fan of Tracy and wore one of her designs just a week ago, for the 50th anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr.’s “March on Washington” on August 28.
It’s a perfect match!
The funky prints and unexpected combos proved perfect for Rita Ora, whose style changes dramatically from the red carpet to the stage.
The crop tops and bold striped patterns would definitely be show-stopping looks on Rita.
The girly, 50’s-inspired dresses would also be amazing on Taylor Swift!
