Fiery Tequila Twist
- 4 oz. SMOKE Liqueur
- 2 oz. Avion Silver Tequila
- 1 oz. Vida Mezcal

What would go better with SMOKE’s tropical blend than a hint of tequila topped with Vida Mezcal ? It’s a tasty infamous mix that is sure to have you forgetting the summer is coming to an end.
SVEDKA’s Easy Breezy
- 2 parts SVEDKA Orange Cream Pop
- 1 part heavy cream (or milk)
- splash of orange juice
Pour SVEDKA Orange Cream Pop and cream into a shaker filled with ice. Add a splash of juice. Shake vigorously. Pour into a rocks glass. Top with orange zest.
The Song of Summer
- 2 oz. SKYY Vodka
- 1 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- ½ oz. Crème de Violette
- ½ oz. Elderflower Liquor
- ½ oz. Simple Syrup
- 2 oz. Soda Water
Shake all ingredients except soda water and strain over ice. Top with soda. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
- 2 oz. SKYY Vodka
- 1 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- ½ oz. Ginger solution (1 ginger: 1 water: 1 sugar)
- ½ oz. Peach Liquor
Blend and double strain Shake all ingredients (except soda), strain over ice and top with soda. Garnish with mint and peach slices.
Midori & Ginger
- 1 oz. MIDORI Melon Liqueur
- 2 oz. Dry Ginger Ale
- Juice from 2 Lime Wedges
Pour over ice in a lowball glass
- 2 oz. Barrymore Pinot Grigio
- 4 Chunks of Cucumber
- 5 Mint Leaves
- 3/4 oz. Lime juice
- 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
- 1 oz. Soda Water
In a shaker, add cucumber with mint leaves and muddle. Fill shaker with ice then add lime juice, simple syrup, and Barrymore Pinot Grigio. Shake vigorously. Strain over a rocks glass with ice and garnish with 3 mint sprigs and a cucumber slice.

- 1 oz. lime juice
- ¾ oz. agave nectar
- 3 cucumber slices
- 2 jalapeño slices
STK Rooftop Sangria

- 2 ½ oz Bacardi
- 2 oz rose wine
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- ¾ oz lime juice
- ¾ oz simple syrup
Shake with pureed fruit (apple, plum, kiwi, and raspberries) roll into a wine glass, top with sprite
Hornitos® Iron Clad Paloma
- 2 parts Hornitos® Plata Tequila
- ¾ part Lime Juice
- 1 part Grapefruit Juice
- ½ part Agave Nectar
- 3 Raspberries
- Soda Water
Pour all ingredients, except the soda water, into a shaker with ice. Shake and double strain into a pilsner glass filled with ice. Top with soda and garnish with a salted rim and lime wedge.
Hornitos® Toro Margarita
- 2 parts Hornitos® Plata Tequila
- ¾ part John DeKuyper & Sons™ O3 Premium Orange Liqueur
- ½ part Lemon Juice
- ½ part Pineapple Juice
- 2 Pieces of Sage
Pour ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass with ice and garnish with the sage leaves.
Catwalk & Pearls

- 1oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Cherry Heering
- 1/2 oz Benedictine
- 1/4 oz grenadine
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 1dash Bitters
Mix Gin and Cherry Heering in a shaker. Combine all other ingredients into a shaker over ice and mix well. Pour into an old fashioned glass, topped with pearls (or champagne).

- ½ oz orange-flavored liqueur
- 1 oz pink grapefruit juice
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- Splash of lemon and lime juice
- Splash of champagne

- 6 Blueberries
- 2 Strawberries
- 1 oz Sweet and Sour Lite
- 1 oz Light OJ

GARNISH: fresh grated Cinnamon and Orange twist
METHOD: in a shaker tin add all liquids and shake with ice. Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with fresh grated cinnamon and an orange twist.

- Fresh brewed darjeeling hibiscus, strawberry, lemon peel & agave

- Fever Tree Ginger Beer
- 2 Pressed Lime Wheels
Preparation: Press two lime wheels into bottom of Collins glass. Add ice, then Vikingfjord Apple vodka, apple brandy and top with ginger beer. Garnish with green apple slice and candied ginger.

Sauza® Blue Oasis
- 3 parts Sauza® Sparkling Margarita
- 1 part DeKuyper® Pucker® Island Blue Liqueur
Method: Build over ice in a Collins glass. Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim.
Sauza® Passion Fruit Margarita
- 1.5 parts Sauza® Blue Silver 100% Agave Tequila
- 1/2 part orange liqueur
- 2 parts Passion Fruit Jam
- 2 parts Club Soda
- 1/2 part Agave
- 1 part lime juice
- Cilantro to garnish
- Chili-Salt to rim glass
Method: In a shaker filled with ice combine all ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain into a glass filled with ice and prepared with a chili-salt rim. Garnish with a sprig of Cilantro and a lime wheel.
Clos du Bois Rouge Sangria

- 4 parts Clos du Bois Red Blend 2009
- 1 part Solerno Blood Orange Liquor
- 1 part Bacardi Superior
- 1 part Pineapple Juice
- 1 part Freshly squeezed Lime
- 1 part Freshly squeezed Lemon
- One Orange slice squeezed into each glass
- Freshly grated nutmeg in each glass
Pour wine in the pitcher and squeeze the juice wedges from the lemon and lime into the wine. Add Blood Orange Liquor and Bacardi Superior. Chill overnight. Add orange and fresh grated nutmeg before serving over ice.
- 4 oz. Tea & Honey Strawberry Acai Tea
- 1 oz Tanteo Jalapeno Tequila
Muddle mint and strawberries in a shaker.
Add the Lipton Tea & Honey Iced Tea, tequila and ice in a shaker
Strain into a glass.
Top with Prosecco and serve.
Red Velvet Shortcake
- 1.5 oz Zing Red Velvet
- 2 oz Cream Soda
- Splash lemon juice
Method: Muddle 2 fresh strawberries
add all but soda shake and strain over fresh ice
Garnish : With a half strawberry
Glass: Low or highball on rocks
The St. Germain Cocktail
- 2 parts Brut Champagne or Dry Sparkling Wine
- 1½ parts St-Germain
- 2 parts Club Soda
Method: Stir ingredients in a tall ice-filled Collins glass, mixing completely. Think of Paris circa 1947. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Variation: Think of Sartre circa 1947. Be the lemon twist.
Montauk Yacht Club’s La Playa Fresca:
- 4oz house infused watermelon tequila
- 2oz fresh watermelon puree
- 1oz St Germaine
- ½ oz lime juice
Shake and pour over ice
Garnish with a watermelon wedge or lime wheel
Sage Daiquiri from Delmonico’s of Southampton Est. 1837
- 2 ounces Pyrat Rum
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 5-6 fresh sage leaves
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice; shake hard and strain. Serve in a coupe champagne glass and garnish with a fresh sprig of sage.

- 2 ounces Ketel One vodka
- 2 ounces fresh lemon juice
- 1.5 ounces Thyme-infused simple syrup
- Fresh sprig of thyme
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice; shake hard and strain. Serve over ice in a tall glass and garnish with a fresh sprig of thyme.
- 1 ½ parts Skinnygirl Island Coconut Vodka
- 3 parts pineapple juice
- 4 parts sparkling water
- 1 cup sliced mango, frozen
- Mango wedge for garnish
Pour over fruit and ice.
Garnish with a mango and enjoy!
Sunset Strawberry Lemonade
- 2 parts Skinnygirl Bare Naked Vodka
- 2 large muddled strawberries
- 1 part powdered lemonade mix
- Splash of club soda
Pour over ice.
Top with club soda and enjoy!

- 1 blackberry hint water
- 1 cup raspberries (save a few for garnish)
- 3 ounces blueberry vodka
Add ice, blackberry hint water, raspberries, and blueberry vodka to a blender
Blend until desired consistency
Garnish with raspberries (optional)
Serve in a margarita glass and enjoy!
Cucumber Watermelon Cooler
- 1.5 oz. SMIRNOFF Sorbet Light Lemon
- 0.75 oz. Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz. Agave (if needed)
- 2 Slices of Cucumber
- 4 Chunks of Watermelon
- Perrier Pink Grapefruit Sparkling Water, to top off
Garnish: Cucumber Slice
Preparation: Muddle watermelon and cucumber in a mixing glass. Combine all ingredients except sparkling water, add ice, shake, strain over fresh ice into a highball glass. Add agave if desired for a sweeter taste. Top with Perrier Pink Grapefruit Sparkling Water and garnish.
