Michael Brandon Hill — School Shooter Was A Nice Guy
Michael, 20, made headlines when he entered the Atlanta, Georgia elementary school with a gun. However, his neighbors insist that he is a not a violent guy.
Michael is a short, stocky teenager who keeps to himself, his neighbors told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Bizarrely, they also revealed he was a nanny, who watched over three children at the house in the wooded neighborhood off East Lilac Street in Decatur. His neighbors are shocked that someone so unassuming could allegedly commit such a horrific act.
“I’m surprised,” said Francis Hall, who lives across the street from him. “He’s just an average guy.” Another neighbor said that Michael rarely left the house and was often seen taking care of three children who apparently lived there. He was clean and always picked any trash that was left behind by the kids.
The neighbors insisted that Michael didn’t seem disturbed and they saw him as pretty friendly.

Georgia School Shooting — What Happened
Michael is said to have fired about six shots from inside the Decatur, Georgia elementary school on Aug. 20, aiming at police officers outside as they approached, DeKalb County Police Chief William O’Brien said of the situation.
Police then started firing back. No one was injured in the crossfire, and police reveal that the gunman surrendered willingly.
The school reveals that all students were accounted for, reports USA Today. No injuries have been reported.
