Chris Brown’s Charity Basketball Game
Chris, 24, attended the game with some friends, where he showed that he is back on top.
“Chris Brown came out today with his Team Breezy to play basketball against the LAPD team at Alain Leroy Locke College Prep Academy gym. He just came out to get the community out and have some fun and try to get the message out to reduce violence,” an eyewitness told E! News.
The organizer of the event spoke about how Chris really impressed with his charitable nature.
“We have partnered with Chris Brown for about four months,” Second Call organizer Skipp Townsend said. “This is just one way he decided to give back to the community with a free basketball game. He is really into giving back to the community. All of south L.A. He has given away basketball shoes and done other events.”
The purpose of the L.A. Unity Games is to inspire a spirit of compassion and respect. Chris strongly wants to bring attention to the neighborhoods in South L.A. and the heroes who help out. The Unity Campaign is managed by Chris’ Symphonic Love Foundation.
Chris Brown Hangs With Fans At Charity Game
“Chris took photos with his team, the LAPD team and many fans,” the eyewitness added. “He was smiling and very happy to be there. He looked great and healthy. He was hugging fans and grinning big and having a great time. I didn’t know about any medical problems. He has been playing. He is actually pretty good.”
Chris was so good that he scored some three-pointers, although the LAPD eventually won.
How great to hear that Chris is fully recovered after his health scare, and that is back making time for his fans — and to help others!
