HollywoodLife.com sat down EXCLUSIVELY with the beautiful mom-to-be and got her insights on her favorite body wash, pregnancy fitness, and — of course — motherhood! Keep reading for more from our interview with Hilaria!

We couldn’t have been more excited when we were offered the opportunity to sit down EXCLUSIVELY with Hilaria Baldwin. After all, the 29-year-old wife of Alec Baldwin, 55, somehow manages to juggle her hectic life — she’s a yoga expert, fitness guru, and super pregnant with a baby girl– while still somehow always looking picture perfect, so we knew she had some beauty secrets to spill!

Hilaria Baldwin’s Beauty Secrets — Can’t Live Without Olay

We think Hilaria is the perfect fit for Olay Ultra Moisture Body Wash — and so does she! The mom-to-be explained that the body wash has been so important for her pregnant and constantly changing skin: “You know when you leave the shower, you feel that dry, tight feeling? So, I found this body wash which is absolutely incredible because it has a jar of moisturizer in each bottle of body wash. And it’s got shea butter which is absolutely incredible.” Sounds like Olay has been working for Hilaria because at 8 months pregnant, she reports that “I don’t have stretch marks, thank God!”

Hilaria’s Expert Fitness & Beauty Tips

Since Hilaria is an expert yoga instructor and frequents New York’s Physique 57 all the time, we knew she would have some fantastic pregnancy fitness tips. Most important? “You need to understand that they baby can’t sweat when it’s inside of your womb. So it’s important not to get your heart rate up so much.” She went on to explain that even she — a die-hard exerciser — had to cut back, especially on high intensity cardio. Instead, she focuses on using weights more: “I’ll use little weights, five pound weights. And I’ll do modified push-ups. And then legs, I do a lot of legs and butt.” Hilaria made sure to add that, while pregnant women have to modify their workouts a bit, women are “not sick, you’re pregnant. You are capable of doing quite a lot still.”

Hilaria is an all-natural stunner —  she tends to eschew wearing a lot of makeup because she’s constantly exercising. But she does make time to apply SPF and a little mascara. In the summer she takes special care to stay fresh and clean as “the idea of packing more makeup and hair products and everything on you is usually a bad [combination] in the heat.” The mom-to-be will often just throw her hair up in a ponytail in the summer and leave it at that.

On Parenting & Motherhood

With Hilaria’s baby girl due in just a few weeks, she had a few things to say about parenthood. As for her own parenting style, she hopes to still work often but says that “the advice that I would give to myself being a pre-mom is: your child is so important.” She went on to say, “I hope my daughter sees me as somebody who is hardworking and driven and a powerful woman. I hope she’s inspired by me. But I hope — at the same time — that she says ‘my mother took time to be with me and I was the most important thing’.”

How She Plans To Shed Her Baby Weight

When asked about her plans to drop the baby weight after the birth of her daughter she said: “I’m going to get back to cardio, that’s going to be something that I add on. I’m going to continue Physique 57 and continue doing yoga and I’ll be able to twist and do core work.” She added that she’ll definitely be bringing her baby with her to work out! “I’ll be excited to have her with me,” gushed the expectant mother.
