Dianna Agron In Venice, Italy — Trip To Louis Vuitton Factory: ‘Glamour’

The internationally known designer, Louis Vuitton, invited Dianna to visit the factory in Italy, where all the shoes are manufactured. For her first time in Italy, Dianna embarked on a journey into the fashion world that seriously changed her life. It all began with a front row seat at the 2012 Louis Vuitton “train” show, where the runway was an old-fashioned train station. Throughout the event, the actress felt a new appreciation for the world of fashion.

The brand asked Dianna to visit the Fiesso d’Artico factory outside of Venice, where she got to see, and participate in, the shoemaking process. She even got to hammer a locket onto one of the shoes.

Dianna dished to Glamour magazine about the immense amount of effort and “work-manship [that] goes into every piece.” As a result, Dianna has a newly appreciated view of fashion as art, which led her to see the pieces she wore in the Venice LV shoots as just that, art — each piece unique and beautiful.

She continued to tell the mag about the “power in fashion.” She realized that the clothes she chooses to wear and the statements she makes through her wardrobe can hinder how a director sees her as an actress.

She continued to talk about her trip, claiming one of the best parts, other than her new Louis Vuitton shoes, was that her face, from Glee, was recognized by Italian girls. She said, “it was one of the moments actors live for. I’m so glad I was dressed up for it.”

Dianna got to model some HOT fall styles for Louis Vuitton, experience the art in fashion design, and develop a new sense of pride for her work. This trip to Italy really seems to have been a dream come true!
