We’re so excited! Kate reportedly got a visit from a royal doctor and her hairdresser, as she prepares to leave the hospital with baby Cambridge on July 23.
As they prepare to leave St. Mary’s Hospital, Prince William, Kate Middleton and their newborn son are all doing well and they’ve thanked the hospital for their “tremendous care” over the past 24 hours. However, it may be a while before we get our first glimpse of baby Cambridge, as the royal family is not expected to leave until at least 6 p.m. London time.
Kate Middleton Leaving Hospital With Baby — Duchess Preparing For Hospital Exit
Queen Elizabeth II’s surgeon-gynaecologist Marcus Setchell reportedly came to assess Kate at 8:30 a.m. and he will decide if the Duchess and baby can be discharged today, July 23. Kate and the baby will spend at least an hour with medical staff before any decision is made, Mail Online reports.
The royal family will not leave the hospital until at least 6 p.m. on July 23, but their exit may even be postponed until tomorrow, July 24. Either way, we’re very excited to see Kate and the baby!
Thankfully, the entire family is doing well. “Mother, son and father are all doing well this morning,” a palace spokesman said in a statement.
