The Britpop rocker is in some deep water — now that a secret extramarital affair has resulted in a child, the baby’s mother is suing him for $3 million in child support! Do YOU think he should pay up?
The New York Times celebrity news journalist Liza Ghorbani is suing ex-flame, Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher, for $3 million in child support after their secret love affair resulted in the birth of a baby girl.
Liam Gallagher’s Affair With ‘New York Times’ Journalist
Liza, 39, met Liam Gallagher in 2010 when she interviewed him for the now perfectly titled “A Night Out With Liam Gallagher” New York Times Style Section piece. The pair started an affair “when she interviewed him for the Times … [and it] continued until around three months after the birth of the child. He ended their relationship when she told him she was suing him for child support,” The New York Post‘s Page Six’s source reveals.
Liam, 40, is currently married to Canadian pop singer Nicole Appleton and has three other children — with Nicole and ex-wife singer and actress Patsy Kensit.
Liam Gallagher: DNA Confirms Paternity Of 7-Month-Old Daughter
A DNA test now confirms that Liam is in fact the father of Liza’s 7-month-old baby girl, Emma, according to The New York Post‘s report.
In addition to the official paternity test, “Liam admitted the child is his in an email, saying she is a beautiful child because she has ‘rock-star genes,'” says Page Six’s source.
What do YOU think, HollyMoms? Do you think $3 million in child support is outrageous? Or should Liam pay up?
