Chris won the UFC middleweight title when he knocked out Anderson Silva in Las Vegas on July 6 and it made sure to have quite the booze-filled celebration on the Sin City strip!

Chris Weidman knows how to party! The 29-year-old won the middleweight title during the second round at UFC 162 in Las Vegas on July 6, and it was a momentous occassion for the native New Yorker. But the party was just beginning, Chris and a crew of about 40 guys rolled into Surrender nightclub at the Wynn hotel around 1:30 a.m. and it got crazy!

Chris brought his pals, which included NBA stars Mike Miller and Udonis Haslem. TMZ is reporting that he also brought along his championship belt, and we don’t blame him! There was a lot of alcohol, dancing and pretty girls everywhere.

During the fight, Anderson kept taunting Chris to hit him. Finally, that’s what Chris did and the ref called the fight at 1:18.

“It got to the point where he was putting his hands down and kept talking,” Chris said after the fight. “I’m like, ‘You know what, I just want to punch this guy in the face right now.'”

Chris won $24,000 in show money, and another $24,000. Meanwhile, Anderson earned a whopping $600,000!

It sounds like Chris really needed to let off some steam and celebrate such a big win. This past year his home in NJ was devastated by Hurricane Sandy and he and his wife had to move in with his parents.

you glad Chris went out to celebrate after the fight?
