Creepy sadistic kidnapper Ariel Castro has asked for permission to visit the daughter, 6, he fathered with hostage Amanda Berry. Do you think he has any right EVER to see the little girl?
Ariel Castro begged Cleveland judge Michael Russo to see his daughter, Jocelyn, 6, during a pretrial hearing on July 3. Ariel, 52, has been indicted on over 300 counts, including rape, kidnapping and aggravated murder for holding Jocelyn’s mother Amanda Berry along with Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight captive in his basement for over a decade. Should he have a right to ever see his daughter?
Ariel Castro Requests To See Daughter
Ariel asked Judge Russo if he could see Jocelyn on July 3, and the judge replied “I just think that would be inappropriate,” reported the Daily Mail.
It is not surprising that the judge denied this request, considering that he held Jocelyn’s mother and two other women hostage for ten years, raped them, starved them, beat them, and caused Michelle to have a miscarriage.
Jocelyn’s mother, Amanda, now 22, will no doubt be suffering from horrifying post traumatic stress for the rest of her life after surviving ten years of torture at the hands of her captor. It’s unlikely that Amanda would ever want to see the man ever again. Can you blame her?
Ariel Castro Indicted
A Cuyahoga County Grand Jury has indicted Ariel on 329 counts. The accused kidnapper was indicted for one count of aggravated murder for beating Michelle in order to purposefully cause her to miscarry a child he had fathered.
He was also indicted on 139 counts of rape, 177 counts of kidnapping, seven counts of gross sexual imposition, three counts of felonious assault, and one count of possession of criminal tools.
Considering the atrocities that he inflicted on his three female hostages, are you at all surprised that the judge would not give him access to Jocelyn?
What do YOU think HollywoodLifers? Do YOU think he should ever be allowed see Jocelyn ever again?
