Some of the biggest names in music were on hand June 30 for the 2013 BET Awards, celebrating achievements in rap, hip-hop, R&B and more. Sadly, though, not everyone was able to go home a winner. With Chris Tucker serving as host, we figured there would be at least a few surprises during the telecast, but the biggest surprises turned out to be the winners — and the losers.
