Kim Kardashian wants to lose the weight! It turns out the Kim is already working with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson in an effort to get her body back. We found out her exact weight-loss plan on HollywoodLife.com‘s VH1 show The Gossip Table on June 26, and you’ve got to tell us if you think Kim can do it!

It turns out she’s going to be working out nonstop and eating tons of lean protein!

But not only lean proteins, InTouch weekly reports her diet will be filled with fruits and veggies. Sounds healthy if you ask us! But Tracy is definitely going to be getting Kim to do a lot of cardio because that’s what she does best. Tracy also launched her Food Program, and we bet Kim will be eating a lot of those at-home meals.
A friend of Kim’s also tells People magazine that Kim was very careful about what she ate throughout her pregnancy, so it shouldn’t be too hard for her to lose the pounds.
“Kim is ready to get her body back!” the friend says. “She was very health-conscious throughout her pregnancy, so I’m sure it won’t be hard”
