I almost died with preclampsia… had it with both my children’s pregnancies. Was advised not to have more children due to being such high risk. She is very lucky. Don’t judge unless you’ve been in her shoes, especially about something so dangerous that risks both the mother’s life and that of the child.

Babies are highly overrated. She should’ve just got a dog.

I am had a daughter that had preclampsia and it was nothing to play with. I am so sorry that the media was not mean to Kim. I wish you lots of luck Kim with your new baby. I am sorry that your doctors did not monitor you a little closer, this was a dangerous situation.

I also feel sorry for her because she will be raised by nurses and nannies for most of her childhood. but at the same time, that might just be healthier for her. Kim thinks babies don’t walk until they are 2 years old…my daughter walked at 10 months old. She is in for a really hard life. I hope Kim doesn’t think Baby safety gates are too ugly and don’t go with her decor enough to use them and just has stairs accessible to this child when she becomes mobile.

That is a very low birth weight. 3 weeks early is not unheard of, but in the last month of pregnancy…lungs and brain are still developing, along with up to 2 lbs. of weight can be gained. If she induced just to give birth before Kate Middleton (which has been reported all over the place), shame on her and her doctor. 40 weeks is what the baby needs to complete their development. If she could have held out for a few more weeks, that baby could have gained at least another pound and had a fully developed brain. I feel sorry for how exploited that child will be by her own family. I mean look at her grandmother…urging her own daughter to pose nude in playboy. Kris probably put out the Kim and Ray J sex tape for crying out loud! Any bets on how fast their mom puts Kendall in playboy after she turns 18?

Hollywood Life regularly thinks they are presenting big scoops on various non-news topics, when the same info has been talked about for months in advance of the announcement. The baby is no doubt underweight because of all the rules Kim broke as she failed to consider her own and the baby’s health and well-being. She is such an egotist that she feels she is above having to conform to rules or advice offered by anyone but her nutso mother. This poor little rich girl won’t have half a chance at having a normal happy childhood with all the Kardashians running the show.

“…she weighted in at just 4 pounds, 15 ounces — even less than the earlier reported 5-pound birth weight.” What, a whole 1oz less than previously reported? You do know that 16oz=1lb right? Ridiculous. Also, if the baby was that small, 3 weeks early is not that big of a reason for her to be so small. This whole thing is a damn circus. I feel bad for the baby.

I feel sorry for this baby, North West, what kind of a name is that. These celebrities are being a bit too much in their pride to be all that they keep coming up with stupid baby names, don’t they know that these names are for life??
