Neil Patrick Harris really showed what a seasoned host can do for a show last night, and this was definitely the best awards show of the year. The big winners totally deserved it and I just loved both Pippen and Kinky Boots! I missed the awards because I was working late at DISH last night, but fortunately I was able to catch up with a recording. I love how my DISH Hopper records everything on CBS during primetime, so I never miss special events like this.

DROOD was most definitely snubbed in all categories. Will Chase was brilliant in his role as Jasper. I just played the role of Princess Puffer and was lucky enough to see Chita Rivera do the same on Broadway. DROOD is a one of a kind show that deserves to be recognized.

Why is it Judith Light kissed her husband and friend when her name was announced as one of the nominees for best actress? Watch the reaction of the other nominees. After it was announced she had won she simply stood and walked to the stage. Could it be she jumped the gun because she knew in advance she was going to win???

I’m sure she probably had a clue, because I noticed that also.
