Just got shot at at Santa Monica College! Some white guy dressed in black with a bulletproof vest and rifle [was] randomly shooting at people. First shooting was a guy driving out of staff parking lot…and ended up driving across street and through a brick wall. [He] shot at me from about 30 feet away and I managed to jump out of the way in time, but heard the whoosh of a bullet go past. Cops ended up shooting [the suspect] in the library.
