I agree the Swon Brothers were a better choice to stay than Holly Tucker, for exactly the same reason the article’s author stated. All three remaining country girls (Holly, Danielle, Amber) have the same voice category as Carrie Underwood, and she isn’t giving her throne away to newcomers. There is room for brother duo in country, and the Swon Brothers can fill that void.

The Swon Brothers can “totally sing?” Yes, they can sing, but they’re nasally, pitchy, and their harmonies are not that great. They are no better than what I hear at open mic night at the country bar,

The Swon Brothers deserved to stay. I love Holly and she is super talented but so are the Swon Brothers. It is about the voice and they both can sing but other facets make up a celebrity! The Swon Brothers unique sound and versatility is what the voters are attracted to. In addition to which their wit and humor make them likable to an audience. :)

The Show is called THE VOICE, singular, NOT THE VOICES, plural. You are not following the show theme of ONE VOICE, NOT a group. I think it stinks for the other individual singers that you have a TEAM in the competition.

Char, pull it together!! It does not say “One Voice”, leaving it for as many voices together as America wants. It would stink if the show denied groups from showing their talent too. Do you think a “team” would always be better than a single voice? NOT!!!

I forgot this, Chivary isn’t dead! When Holly Tucker got voted off last night, at first she said i’m alright, I’m alright with it, then came a few tears then, what i have described on my blog as a complete utter meltdown, the Swon Brothers first the thin one, consoled her and then, Zach, took her and hid her face so that the prying camera’s could not easily see her streaming tears Blake, rushed up on stage to console her, he kept telling her everythings going to be alright. I did a posting on this on my blog last night, mark-strange-music.blogspot.com

maybe nashville needs more duo’s and brothers is a plus isn’t the point. The swan brothers then will be a star anyway win or lose. BUT the voice is about the voice not about what nashville needs. So in my opinion and of many others holly should have stayed.
