While we love Gwen we’re not quite sure if her latest get-up was fashion forward or a fashion flop. What do you think of the retro vibe she sported on the red carpet? VOTE!

Gwen Stefani stepped out to attend the Bling Ring premiere on June 4 at the Directors Guild Award Theatre in LA on the arm of her hubby. While the 43-year-old flaunted her toned abs it was the leather parachute pants that left us wondering what she was thinking!

Gwen Stefani’s ‘Bling Ring’ Outfit:

It seems like Emma Watson wasn’t the only one making a fashion statement at the Bling Ring movie premiere. Although unfortunately Gwen didn’t catch our eye for the same reason. The No Doubt singer walked the red carpet in a black and white two-piece ensemble. She wore a white Balmain crossover crop top with pants and a belt from the Fall/Winter 2013 collection. She then finished off the look with a black clutch and minimal jewelry.

As for the shirt, total fashion score! It’s no secret that 80’s retro looks are bigger than ever — and we’re all about the crop top trend. Unfortunately, it was her pants that really threw us off. While they’re very true to the singer’s spunky style, they do little for her amazing body. The singer has been known to pull off a slew of leather looks, but this time we’re not so sure. We think a more fitted pair of high-waisted pants or perhaps a different fabric would have done wonders for her figure.

We love the “Candyland” singer’s confidence and willingness to take risks … but this time we vote fashion flop. Sorry Gwen, but we’re going to have to give Emma Watson Bling Ring best-dressed on this one!

What do YOU think? VOTE!
